This week, I had the honor and privilege to sit down with my third guest, Charles Perry from Chrysalis Cosmetics. He owns and operates his own business as a Plastic Surgeon for the past 18 years. He lives in Sacramento, California.
In our conversation, Charles talks about how he stays hungry through intentional daily practices, keeping his child-like curiosity & grit thriving well into his 50’s. We explore together how life can become richer, more fulfilling, and abundant as we age. He talked about his daily routine and rituals directly impact his ability to prepare for the unknown, uncertainties and mysteries of life!
