Today, I was so energized and delighted to sit down with my fourth guest, Angela Wright-Trapp, who is a Life & Executive Coach, running her own private practice and serving within a large healthcare organization. She is also the co-host of the popular "Life on 10" Podcast with Dr. Vanessa Walker. She lives in Sacramento, California.
In our conversation, Angela talks about her “superpower” of empathy, fearlessness, and boldness. She shared with me how this is something that she was born with and comes natural to her way of being. The key is to slow down and search deep within us, listening to that “still, small voice.” She encouraged us to lean into our self-worth and really see and ask “who am I” at the core of being human!!
